[#1439][6.20 beta] "Cold Feet" achievement doesn't trigger.

6.20 beta (510851), no mods, old save (jump from 5.xx to 6.20).

"Cold Feet" achievement (status quo) doesn't trigger. 2 achievements related to other 2 resolutions of "Covert Ops" pop up normally.
