[7.0 b2] NPC group tasks may fail when highway movement is involved

Steps to reproduce:
  • Get 20-30 ships
  • Order all of them to equip gear, with route involving highway
  • A few ships among the group will fail orders and will keep circling the highway indefinitely
It may be tied to low FPS at certain points of time on weaker PCs.
I've seen failures on mass equipping order, on mass trading tasks given while game is paused.

It would increase the chances of us being able to look into this drastically if you provided a savegame demonstrating what you're describing. Otherwise we are likely to waste many hours that could be spent fixing things just trying to reproduce the situation.

Sorry i failed to reliably reproduce the issue so far to provide savefile, but Vovadrik's issue is similar.
I'll attach mine as well when/if i could isolate and repeat it.

Now Boa(OTS-919) failed to proceed after moving from split warf of ZD4 to Segaris equipment dock, getting stuck after disembarking from highway at Second Contact.

And another bunch, sent(fly to) all Shihs to MIL Wharf, a couple of them got lost along the way.
They were docked at BHS4 equipment dock before this.
