Terran Dockyard

Description:
Tall dockyard station with turret ring on top, no production, basic storage for container
Complements 64 capital ship docks (if it works as intended/untested) and a single Ter S/M dock
Uses Arg M Flak, L Plasma and several Ter Turrets and Ter Mk3 Shields
Needs blueprints from Tel, Split Ter and possibly more

(Someone asked for a copy of this blueprint, so this is my first export post. Pics and description will be updated once the station gets more polish and i actually build it and test it, this is my first, so i dont yet know whats best practice. so forgive me if anything doesnt work as expected.)
