Lost TerraCorp Pilot gamestart

Hi All,

I'm just curious what should I do with the Lost TerraCorp Pilot gamestart?

I managed to get out of the Xenon sector alive and my plan A was to collect misiles and other wares after space battles to sell them and buy my first ship, as the advenced spacesuit has 5 S size cargo space, but I can not sell missiles to EQ docks, I can't even eject them once I collected them. (Maybe a bug?)

Has anybody also tried Lost TerraCorp Pilot?

, in another game. I don't know if it's fixed, but if it is, it could be the only way to actually play this start.
Thanks about the spacesuit cargo tip, that was my idea as well.

The Enhanced Mercury wasn't there in my game, but I found another way. I found a "retrieve stolen ship" mission and got an M5 scout :twisted:

Yeah, it seems that these ships spawn randomly. It's much more difficult than I thought :doh:

Once a ship is acquired the advanced spacesuit (60m/s) degrade to the common spacesuit (20m/s), losing the only advantage from this game start...
Generally collecting the missile might be the fastest way to get some money in the beginning. Then maybe stock exchange.
I am curious where to begin the plot in this game start though

Yes I saw that in the update log but do not quite understand it. Does it mean the advanced space suit should be kept when the pilot acquires their first ship, or that it can trade ware normally with a station?

Suit being kept, and missing repair laser are fixed, haven't tried selling goods, but i can't do freight exchange with it.

There's nothing special about finding the HQ, it'll be somewhere, you can dock and claim it when you find it. Although i think they said it won't spawn near your starting location.

So I can now trade with my suit, but was unable to equip the laser. There is no weapons menu usually accessible with 'g' and clicking on the weapon icon while flying in space does nothing, still looks like I have a grayed out impulse ray emitter for some reason. Also my suit speed somehow increased to 150?
Guess I'll have to start anew, oh well.

So I made it back to Terracorp HQ and .. nothing? No welcoming committee, flowers and chocolates? eh
