There have been several sectors since X3TC, where some asteroids were duplicated (Tears of Greed, Company Strength, Vestibule of Creation). It means the asteroids were coded to have exactly same coordinates.
When one arrives in the sectors for the first time, the game engine tries to scatter these asteroids to not collide with each other, but sometimes they remain conjoined.

It is highly annoying when one builds a complex, as one can't move a mine based on one of these asteroids. Please, fix it finally.

In Tears of Greed 2 asteroids occupy the same position at -8.4; -2.31; 18.6 km.
Will you ever release a patch splitting these asteroids?

Fixed asteroids in Tears of Greed and Vestibule of Creation (only for new game).
Company Strength doesn't exist in X3FL and ToG 2 is a RSM sector meaning the positioning is randomised.
