Trans-Orbital Accellerator between Duke's Citadel and Duke's Citadel Beta?

Is it possible in any way?
It doesn't show up in the list when you talk to the Explorers Guild in a nearby Station

As it was explained to me, in two of the sectors it can't be installed even if HASP is there as they seem to be reserved by other factions, even if it states in tooltip that it is unclaimed. For me, one i accelerator i don't get option to build is in Light Water. Haven't tried Duke's citadel yet but im guessing that is the second one. All of the rest i found i was able to claim for building accelerators. Heads up though, for me when i build an accelerator the game will freeze after 5 or so minutes, no matter in what sector you build it. They said it will be fixed in next patch so best to wait on building accelerators for now
