Special Discoveries Question

I have bought a special discovery from explorers guild and started the Terran Plot.
Still finding Special Discoveries for sale from Explorer guild. Any point in buying these?

I tried to trade one just to see what happens but it only took my discovery points he asked yet gave nothing in return. So im guessing after you manage to activate the Terran plot you shouldn't trade in special discovery's anymore. Than again it could be bugged and that's why im not getting anything for them anymore

Special Discoveries 'bought' from the Guild will point you towards new locations to explore & pick up loots etc with LFL
Wiki X:R 1st Tit capping
Wiki X3:TC vanilla: Guide to generic missions, Guide to finding & capping Aran
Never played AP; all X3 advice is based on vanilla+bonus pack TC or before: AP has not changed much WRT general advice.

I know how to spell teladiuminumiumium, I just don't know when to stop!

So thats like buying discovery information? You can kind of save scum there :mrgreen:
X fanatic. More of an X3 fanatic.
What about X4? Nah, I prefer a space simulator rather than a walking simulator.
