[FL-610][Suggestion] need to be able to set up a key command for diplomacy
somebody set it up where you can click a key and get the diplomacy menu please. I didn't find a way to do it in controls.

Re: neeeeeeeeeed to be able to set up a key command for diplomacy
This is a gameplay question and not Tech Sp so moving to the main Trilogy forum. It would probably also help if you said which X game you are playing.
A dog has a master; a cat has domestic staff.
Re: neeeeeeeeeed to be able to set up a key command for diplomacy
AFAIK, only Farnham's Legacy has anything involving diplomacy.
Re: neeeeeeeeeed to be able to set up a key command for diplomacy
Except Farnham's Legacy has its own specific forum, but whatevs.

I think this thread should be in FL forum section.Alan Phipps wrote: ↑Tue, 25. May 21, 23:34This is a gameplay question and not Tech Sp so moving to the main Trilogy forum. It would probably also help if you said which X game you are playing.
Also, this would be a nice addition. Rather than having to navigate through the menu. Diplomacy is an important addition which the player has to meddle with all the time, so having a hotkey is very very useful.

X fanatic. More of an X3 fanatic.
What about X4? Nah, I prefer a space simulator rather than a walking simulator.

I asked for this during private testing, where it was acknowledged but nothing happened; hopefully this'll bring the subject to the DEVs minds again

Re: [FL-610][Suggestion] need to be able to set up a key command for diplomacy
Is there a way to add a feature to gain diplomats through some other means than missions? I find it a little silly that I have to take time away from building my empire building to do a few transport or station protection missions.

You can hire them from Explorer's guild through discovery points, provided you are willing to spend them.Thurston Beers wrote: ↑Tue, 1.
