X3FL 1.1 - Trans-Orbital Accelerator orientation for Menelaus' Paradise beta is incorrect

After building a Trans-Orbital Accelerator Construction Kit and deploying it on the Menelaus' Paradise HSAP the orientation of the corresponding TOA in Menelaus' Paradise beta is incorrect.

The TOA in Menelaus' Paradise beta is oriented south so ships arriving are pointing away from the centre of the sector.

The TOA in Menelaus' Paradise beta should be oriented north so ships arrive pointing towards the centre of the sector.

Update: The HSAP in Menelaus' Paradise beta is also oriented incorrectly, seems like I didn't notice until after building the TOA.

The TOA in Menelaus' Paradise is correctly oriented.
