How should work "Equip wing like" command?

I have 10 fresh mistrals and I want to equip them. As HQ has only 5 slots for TS, and most of them are already occupied by station manager ships, i can't use HQ loadout system.

So i installed supply command software on all ships, equipped 1 as example, put 9 to wing and call "Equip wind like". Nothing happend.
I tried to put example ship in wing, equip one ship, equip by third ship and still no action.

There are some threads on forum about equip command but looks like they are outdated

You could deploy a dock and use that for equipping ships

Atroces above has the best solution, but IIRC Supply Command s/w problems will be addressed in RC2, as will some other related problems WRT PHQ ship handling/docking
