What does name "Maccana" mean?

It isn't much plausible the ship is named after Acleris maccana, it's just a moth.
No city named Maccana exist.
I suppose it's a name of Japanese origin. "真っ赤な" (Makkana) is an adjective meaning "bright red", "extremely red", though the M7D has little red in its appearance.
Who knows the answer?

Terran ship names refer either to weapons / weapon accessories (fighters, corvettes, TS) or to Japanese cities (big / huge ship class). The Maccana is somewhat special in that regard, as according to its class designation you would actually expect a city name.
