Quick Cheat - Adds Discovery Points

Here is a quick script to add discovery points for those playing modified.
It adds 5 million points per run.

Goes in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\X3 Terran Conflict\addon2\scripts

At least that is the directory I took it from.
