This is a very nice script, I've just started using it with X3AP 3.1 and it works flawlessly
There is just one thing that bothered me : when you use the Sell Locator, it shows you how many wares the stations already have in stock, which is not very useful (to my mind), I'd prefer much to see at once how many wares each station is ready to buy.
Anyway, I know nothing about X3 scripting (I've done some programming in different languages though), but I looked at the source code and after some research I modified the script so it now shows the quantity you can actually sell to each station, instead of the quantity the station has in stock.
Then I added a cosmetic change, I didn't like that all the station names were green, so now they are white, and if you can't dock then the name is red. It looks more readable to me
Have a look at these pictures, especially pay attention to the quantity column:
(when you're on imgur.com click on the pic again to see it full-size)

If there is some interest I could upload the modified file (a2069.uniloc.main.xml) somewhere.
Anyway, thanks again to the OP for that script

I also made a little change to this mod, as it gave me wrong results when searching for wares produced by own complexes....

First of all: thaks for this fantastic script!!
I too find the ship selection a little bit confusing.
For now I'm using the fix made by xfir01 that I found here.
This skips the selection and will send the ship you call the script from.
I hope that this will be improved someday.
For people (like me) having problems downloading from gamefront: you have to use a proxy.
I don't know if I'm allowed to post links, so I won't do it.
But it's pretty easy to find one.

The link posted to this modification isn't working for me- Much like most things over at Gamefront sadly, could you/anyone upload it somewhere else mayhap?ShadowPhantom wrote:If there is some interest I could upload the modified file (a2069.uniloc.main.xml) somewhere.
As an alternative to other host I will link my Dropbox Inbox (with the access code "dslzdr") for simple uploads.

From personal pov, this script is one of the most useful around. Having 100+ vessels however, selecting the one you want to actually send somewhere can be a challenge. Made a minor extension that lets you define a ship name (or part of a ship name) that will be used as filter when the script builds the list of your property. The next time you search for wares to buy, the ship selection will - in this example "Courrier" has been entered - look like this:

A belated thank you to alex2069.
Once a certain level of know how and assets in game have been acquired, so much of the time in game is restricted by the tedious & redundant navigation of sub menus.
All of this information is accessible in game, so why require the player to access it in such an inefficient manner?
Implementing this feature or something similar into the full release game should have been a no brainer for Egosoft.

Can you - or anyone who has already got it for that matter - upload your little fix to some location other than gamefront please?ShadowPhantom wrote:There is just one thing that bothered me : when you use the Sell Locator, it shows you how many wares the stations already have in stock, which is not very useful (to my mind), I'd prefer much to see at once how many wares each station is ready to buy.
