Xdownloads link doesn't actually work, it's offering the old version. I thought I'm just going crazy with corvette hankering for it's old home but nah, 2013 version is offered..

I have downloaded the mod from the very first post and I still get my ships jumping to the sectors where they were boarded.

Did you try setting a homebase, as described in the "Notes" section in the first post?

it was not finding hostile ships in the target sector because refobj was missing.
also in X3AP it was not doing any checks at all.
also the relationship check vs sector owner's race was not working (at least in AP)
it also didnt detect when the war was over in AP, it should be fixed but check the log08230 for more info (after an emergency jump happened)
