Builder asking for commander?

Hello everyone,

I started getting back into X rebirth, and I'm running into a problem. I'm at the point of the campaign where your supposed to build a station. I have my builder ship in my squad, I comm the architect, I select 'deploy station', then the map comes up and it asks 'lets select the station or ship with a commander'. And it doesn't let me select any of my ships. I even hired a station manager with no change. I'm kinda stuck, and this seems like something is broken with the game itself. Hence why its in technical support.

I'm currently running Version 4.30 off GOG, on Linux Mint.

Ok...I think it fixed itself?

I removed the ship from the zone, replaced the architect, and suddenly I'm seeing build locations for the station. Where as before that wasn't an option for me. Though the acritect does still ask for a station/ship with a commander if you just walk over to them
