x3r building sector maps

Hi all

So I'm in the process of converting the x3_universe.xml so that I can start building the sector maps for X3 Reunion for my interactive map however I'm not sure how to determine which station should have what designation since to the best of my knowledge that isn’t encoded within the x3_universe.xml and I haven't been able to find it by poking round the game files with the x3 editor so does anyone know where in the game files I can find this?

Unfortunately I can't simply load up the game and determine it that way since only about half the stations in each sector are actually there but clearly it must be possible because when for example I look at

http://www.xdatabase.de/x3-reunion/en/s ... End.1.html

That lists all the stations with there corresponding designations even the ones that aren't there by default though I've no idea how they managed it, is there maybe a script that can be run to make the un-constructed stations appear as well ?

also I notice that the x3r cheat script doesn't reveal the kha'ak sectors like it did for x2 anyone know why ? and is there a way to make those sectors visible as well?

are you talking about the galaxy editor built in to the game ?? the one that to have to activate by changing your pilot name to Makeanapplepiefromscratch ?
