Will this mod, work with "The new frontier" or "Conquest and war"?

Is this the mod that brings back the original content?

From the Opening Post:
Recall_GamestartHoL
Recall_GamestartsVanilla
Recall_GamestartTO
- Mod will bring back all X-R vanilla gamestart choices, including the campaign. Install all three folders to have them all.

Alright thanks,
Let me say also thanks to all who helped doing this mod. I mean no disrepect. But maybe for easier overview, the very first lines of the Openeing Post should contain what the mod actually does and not some information about something a new player cant really connect to anything.
Something like: "This mod aims to bring back the lost vanilla content" would be enough. Yeah i guessed it´s this mod bc of the title but that wasnt fully convincing either.

Re:
I found this post while researching render distance issue. My experience matches this response. Unfortunately, it seems that both render distance issue and sparse NPCs are hardcoded, as very few things were changed in the files, and there isn't a whole lot of things related to NPC configuration.
