They will eventually destroy each other - but only if you're in sector. Out of sector they will function normally. If you make a complex they will still be colliding. Cheat destroy one if you're worried.

The plots are all as per vanilla generally - there are plenty of guides around.

You're editing the wrong TShips. There are two TShips in part 2 - one for TC and one for AP.

Yeah, I guess I was. Too bad you can't fix it.

I had a small suggestion about the UFJD : a while ago, Roguey made a mod adding a whole new interest for exploring unconnected sectors. It works with XRM, and I was wondering what you thought of it and if you were interested by it - with a few tweaks, it could be a very good addition to XRM.

Also, this mod uses the SSID of ships and crates in order to spawn them, where should I look for thoose codes in XRM ?

Hey there, been playing around with the mod for a while, and it's awsome.

I have a question about the Bounce mod.The one improving colision avoidance for small ships.
Does it work with XRM? And if it does, what are the steps in installing bounce togheter with XRM? I mean, do the Bounce normal rules apply, or do i have to do something special for it to work with XRM?

Hi there,

Bounce is indeed compatible with XRM. Although in view of the differing models, Bounce needs a dedicated "Wall File" for XRM.

stephen12345 created one that I found fine, which is here:

Edit: Other than that, you just need to follow the Bounce installation instructions and ensure you have XRM installed already.

Quick question about TL's. Is there any other ship except the Mobile Research Ship that is able to dock TS's/TP's?

They might be able to dock externally on carriers but I am not positive.

I tihnk they use the same ports as M6s so it's probably 1 per carrier (apart from one Telardi Carrier, which I think can dock several).

How should Improved Races be installed togheter with XRM? the IR cat/dat before XRM ones or after?

As a general guide, Paul advises that XRM should be installed before anything else. Thus IR cat/dat numbers will need to be bigger than those of XRM.

I know that the terran TL Polacca can dock 2 TS/TP/M6, since I have one in my current game. I don't know for the other TLs, but it should be the same.
(I'm guessing that Paul added those docks in order to ease mass freight transit with the modification done to the jumpdrive)

Hello, just a quick questions to those that use Improved Race 2.0.

Do you turn on Incursion Response in IR when XRM already have build-in race response and border skirmish?

It seems Incursion Response is too powerful, it can spawn many M1 and M2 against a small fleet of enemies. I wonder if XRM Race Response works with Improved Race True Relation. I love to see other races fight against each other, but it is only fun if they also defend when attacked.

I find with IR2.0 that if you do happen to use sector invasions then you need the added response fleets it provides. Otherwise you do tend to get far too many cases of sectors changing hands, this in turn causes some issues with the economy.

Hey, quick question. I'm using the following mods (http://puu.sh/aRR25/3d7b8986b1.png) and I find a rather peculiar and damning problem. I can't find a SETA to buy anywhere! Okay, maybe everywhere is an overstatement, but both Argon Prime (including equipment dock) and Home of Light dont sell any where I do recall them doing so when I played a long time ago without mods.

Anyone have an idea whats going on?

Buying it detracts from the space in the freight bay and my credit reserve, but does not appear in the actual freight bay and does not enable SETA.
