Did you install extended hulls? I take hull damage from time to time as an OTAS Operative against Pirates and tbh a quick tickle with the repair laser from outside the ship and I'm good to go.

Hey Paul have you decided what to do with Expnobody M1+?
I'm suprise by myself, but if the only option would be to replace Cadius Saitama/Solaris, then I think I'd rather want Cadius ship coz it fit new Nagoya. And because we have more or less lack space for more USC M1 (exept maybe M0) then this one might be out of luck.

marine training bases, why do them have argon mammoth attached to them? funny seeing it on non argon territories

Research station maybe? Do you have CAT/DAT of bounce installed? I had same problem with it being installed, bounce doesn't need cat/dat to work, only to create wall file.

If you look better you'll see pods flying to mammoth and back constantly ;)

Repair works better then in vanilla. And smaller ships are repaired in no time. For later, you have maintenance pod from OTAS. Works like a charm.

How do Ion Pulse Generators work in XRM? Same as vanilla or what?
IBL can be bought from teladi w. dealers. It's not exclusive, nor powerful as in vanilla. Just another gun. And only teladi and pirates can mount it.

IPG works fine, you mean some effect gun supposedly have? Didn't notice any but that doesn't mean it's not there, probably just not so important.

They do not. Can be anywhere. Btw Skiron in vanilla was better choice then HCP. CIGs are somewhat meh. I would go with split or boron M6+, they have better weaponry.

IPGs lower the target's max speed on impact.

A Boron Privateer was hassling me with one earlier.

I like Cadius M1+ myself, so the only option left is if Paul wants to replace the Kyoto with Expnobodys design, and then balance it as a Bragi style dreadnought command ship rather than full fat M0, as IMO the game does not need any more, the Valhalla should be the only true M0 in the game!

As for the Titan's being attached to marine training bases, it kind of make sense that you would practice boarding on another races destroyer rather than your own, as they are the ones you will be trying to capture, so really it's the Argons who are the odd ones out, and really need say a Paranid oddy hull attached to their training basis!

My Cat/Dat files are
(01, 02 AP),
03- XRM
04- Patch for XRM
05- Docking Ware fix
06- Cockpit mod.

Then I have XRM_HULLMID dat and cat unrenamed as a ;patch number because I wasn't sure how to install them -.-;;

No bounce. Remember I specifically asked how to install them.

ey i got a strange one but in a good way. Im hero of sol already so i do not have any issues with atf or usc (goner start) its always just displayed my USC rank in player stats but then suddenly when i was destroying xenon it poped up and gave me asteroid belt access (ATF Rank) for destroying a xenon station lol it gradually increased again when i destroyed another xenon station. it has no effect on the actual atf relations ingame but it may be of interest to people looking to raise their rep, althouug i got like 10% rep rise for destrying 1 station lol thats alot of xenon stations to destroy! lol

I want to keep the vanilla Kyoto in as I kind of like it. Bragi is an M2+, so USC already have one in the Nagoya.

There is one other alternative, and it depends on the size of the ship - convert it into a light destroyer to replace the duplicate Tobosaku. I've not actually looked at the model yet, so we'll see...

Try using the "fix sector relations" option from the cheat scripts.

This has been an issue with X3 all the way back to Reunion. Its just one of those things. No matter what you do some ships will never turn friendly - even after using the "fix sector relations" option in the cheat scripts.

You could always cheat destroy them. When they respawn the rep will be fixed.

Didn't really want to screw with the economy by deleting stations but you know what you're talking about. I'll do that. Although it was fun giving all those laser towers to goners.

edit lol oh god i found a khaak corvette but one of my LTs is being attacked by a single M5. What to do what to doo what to do i'll never remember these coordinates!

You'd need to remove quite a few stations of the same type to really damage the economy. One or two will make no difference.

kk. New mod, new verse', I don't know the trading lanes like I do vanilla. I wanted to be safe :)

Oh god lol that is genius. I do that for ease of selecting TLs or important ships that I own; nice. Very niiice.


Btw whoever did the planet texture mods- you did a great job. Something that actually kinda screws up the game for me is seeing the same exact planet texture from Teladi space in Xenon 534. And again in a dozen different sectors. The variations are great.

Couldn't sleep decided to explore until I felt tired. Found Scionfire. The last words in the description are, "It has since fallen into anarchy". When I entered the sector for the first time I found a three way fight between a dozen M3+ pirates, A Boron Ray-Shark couple and the contingent wing that rides in the shark. Awesome. MBRR is so cool. Wait I said it was a three way. Oh yeah the Khaak showed up and all 3 parties proceeded to beat on each other at once with 10 or more ships each in the center of the sector within 10 kilometers of each other.

Awesome. I agree with that sector description wholeheartedly.

oh my god I'm so spoiled by the new nagoya that I just don't want to resume my current play :lol: can the update uploaded in the middle of this week or something very soon? :P :twisted: :P

also need help in integrating MBRR, Pirate Guild 3 and Yaki Armada 2... is there any certain thing to do? dougeye for example said to me in PM that he had to overwrite things from XRM after installing these 3 :? anyone can make this clearer?

more new ships + more wars & chaos + XRM = best X3 experience :twisted:

Does anyone have a bounce wall file for XRM... I'm having a rather laz day and going through the instructions and whatnot is a real turn off lol.

Add them to last/highest number. Unnamed /not added in described manner means not installed. When you see all ships in game on half hull health, you got it right. Then open script editor and run "temp.reload.all.hulls" script.

Neat way of keeping eye of things. I use pack of "bloodhound" M5s in my griffon for same purposes :) Like to have my monitors clean :)
