I've tried but it does not work i think it was patched.
How is this list/menu created, in mod terms?

The last patch was in '21. I've still been bartering for FCs and QPs up to yesterday. First things first, do you know where the Barter screen of a station is? When you dock to a station that isn't yours, a menu pops up. The second item of that menu is Trade, it opens the Trade window which I am sure you are familiar with. But the next item below Trade on that menu is Bartering. Open it. That's the Barter window.

It has three tabs. The first one, that is what you see when you open the window, is a list of things people are looking to buy from you. The second tab lists what those people have to sell to you. This tab is where you will find the Quantum Processors and Focus Crystals for sale if you had set things up correctly at the HQ and your other stations.

Find this window first, then come back here.

It does not work for me. QP and FC cannot be selected as tradable, sold or bought ware for station and I cannot change storage limit for them. I have unofficial patch

Yes, it's fixed in the unofficial patch. This only works in a game without that mod.
