Its been always something wrong with all planets
If you activate SETA and watch a planet carrefuly you will see that the water layer moves above the earth layer, making cities go under water with time lol

I casually found this, your first post. where you express how amazed you are about the X-community and the great scripts released. Did imagine you'd contribute so much, back then?
Animos moddeando!! Esto va a quedar brutal!!

Well. I've been trying out your mod lately. To see how it performs and looks like.
What i can tell you from what i've seen is that some sectors are just amazing, really god job... but others are terrible now
Instead of feeling immersed in space... i feel immersed in a underwater world
Ill explain my self. You made the bacground stars smaller (good job) changed the iluminescence (very god job, like the dark sector/bright sector effect) but also added lots and lots of nebula effect in the backgrounds, and this is what annoys me. Space isnt dark anymore!!
I guess one of the best examples is ARGON PRIME, where the background is so bright its seems my spaceship is underwatter. Yes I know, distant galaxies have bright branches, so it wpuld be OK for some sectors to have "milkywaysh" effects on them: a brighter stripe or something, but you also should (imo) lots of black in other parts of the skybox.
So, overall, a great mod! Finally someone plays with lights and colors, but to bright skyboxes is contraproductive for the prupose of this script: immersion
(I hope i havent offednded you in any way!! i really love you work!! its just i thought this could be a helpfull feedback)
Im not offended at all. Has been discussed before and this is a fine place to discuss any point of view about modding.
There are two ways to take an approach to this game. One its a realistic one taking in consideration our actual knowledge of space. Following this concept its easy to understand than a lot of people feels right and realistic a black space with some touches of colour here ad there. Well, the word actual its very important to me here.
A second way its a fantasy one, no laws, no walls, naive mode on... Entering a fantasy world shared by a multiple kind of races, im questioning a couple of things: all the races share our terrestrial range of vision, the same capabilities? the human being can evolve to detect some gases and floating materials to a better understanding of the surroundings through eras?
Its really different an aquatic medium than the space one or its exactly the same with some molecular density changes?
You will find in the new version some fog with two different dust textures that looks exactly like a underwater medium in some important boron sectors, green dense with floating particles.
Im thinking than the complex space cant be at all only unreachable distant forms, i want in my game to touch the space, immerse and emerge in different complex molecular structures that reflect the light and colours like no one can see from our chairs and then fell in a far far place.
In a vast game with a huge amount of places to visit i want to change my mood depending of the reached stone. In some sectors you will find like at home, in others you will feel very uncomfortable, perhaps an alien media not yours, other places will feel dangerous without any solar presence...etc...This variations will bring a clear personality to the different game sections and will bring to the player the fun of exploration and the right to call a sector his home for aesthetic reasons.
Something has changed in my last mod revisions, the most saturated backgrounds has been changed or modified. The excess can kill the purpose. Also i definitely changed the terran sectors to a black background with the exception of the planets near the sun. I created a sun halo to change its size and look. Perhaps this helps to see the solar sectors like home.
Also in sectors near uranus we are inside the gas rings not floating on top. One more time the same concept, i want to touch the places, not to see a form in the distance.
Finally state clearly that this are artistic concepts nor astronomical or scientific, this is not the purpose of this game for me and its far from my knowledge.
EDIT: Nice archaeological finding XD
