Hmm, sort of a random question which is most likely already answered in this thread at some point (yet forum search feature isn't too great lol) but is it possible in XRM to purchase or perhaps build a Solaris-class (aka the class of ship that is the Terran "Mccallum" flagship)? Really love the aestetic of the ship and want one, though would rather do it through legitimate means than attempting to board it with an army of marines.

yes you can purschase one, infact more than one lol, you will need the highest reps with terrans obviously. It is availabel a one of the terran shipyards i forget which one.
I used to list PC parts here, but "the best" will suffice!

I'm pretty sure the only thing Phanon conflicts with is weapon dealers from SRM. The XRM version did not change any existing readtexts or anything like that, as Phanon was already quite compatible with XRM barring the weapons dealer and pricing issues.

Also, please don't post in the official Phanon Corporation thread about the XRM+AP version I have created. I see you did PM me, but decided against waiting; sadly I have no advice to offer but make sure it is installed correctly. I use Lucikes but not IR. Can't see why either would conflict.

Yeah, I know this forum sucks big time when it comes to reply tracking but there is no reason to repeat your question immediately after two hours.

Try looking in race core sector shipyards. Argon Prime, Seizewell, Family Pride etc. 188 millions and it's yours.

Teleth, you're free to post your version in a new release thread, if you'd like. Modify to your hearts content. You have interesting ideas, and people seem to be interested in your changes, so I'd encourage that.

DO NOT BUY PHQ!!
Do the plot if your not terran. PHQ is imo quite useless, buy the Orbital Shipyard instead, makes ships faster. Plot PHQ price: 51 mil or so AND you get a big ship(TL) with it too.

QUESTION:
Is there a way to make traders fight back in OOS? I use a M8 as a missile-hauler between my fab and phq, sometimes it fights off baddies that attack, but all other "traders" wuss-out or get pwned by mass-drivers.

SUGGESTION: OOS, traders and range
Gazz removed ranges from OOS-combat, apart from laser-towers and platforms if im not mistaken(?).

Could it be possible to add a small range to most transports AND drones? Transports allways run, so they could use a small range to compensate. As it is, most trasport-guns do next to no dmg in OOS. 100-200m or so could do the trick.

Drones get whiped out badly in OOS, in sector they buy some time, but OOS they just vanish and do next to no dmg. Give them a small range in OOS-combat to give them a "first strike" capability.

Hi All,
I have a problem with the plot of the hub, with precisely the mission 1 just can not tell if it's me I can not see herself or a bug!
in theory came in xenon 023 I find a wreck of a titan, but I can not find. I'm stuck with the plot.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Gazz did not remove ranges from OOS, the fact is there were never any ranges in OOS combat and thats why LT's and WP's failed so badly, in AP range was added, but to those two only

I am sorry for structuring my question badly. I know where one can buy the PHQ. I asked for HQs like Jonferco, NMMC, Terracorp. I hate the way the PHQ looks like. The price in the encyclopedia is around 56mil for OTAS,NMMC etc HQ so I asked where can I buy them. They look much cooler than PHQ.

Also any advantage of the Orbital Shipyard over PHQ other than ship building rate ? Does it have more docks or something like that ?

PHQ has more large cap-ship docks and internal fighter / M6 dock(infinte amount?) so there the shipyard loses.

EDIT:

BUG!

Destroy Xenon-fleet +def station mission spawns Xenon Gs with no missiles. Well, apart from 5 mosquitos.

QUESTION:
Has anyone boarded a Xenon frigate? I have a full team of 20 marines with 100 figthing and they wont reach deck 4.

IIRC you can have 21 marine during boarding operations, that extra 1 makes all the difference. You can have extra marines aboard the docked fighter that you can transfer to your M7M after the first batch left the ship in the pods.

Hmm - thats not going to be easy to fix without getting into rewriting the missions... probably best just to stop the G from spawning in missions. Ill fix it for 1.20.

its normal, you need more than 20 to take a xenon capital, I never actually bothered boarding a xenon frigate, but when boarding a "xenon I" in vanilla I had to bring 26 fully trained in everything marines for the job, as I lost 5 by the time I got to deck 4

Not sure if its xrm related or not but im getting random argon shipyards in other races sectors that only stock omega torpedos lol only mods im using which i havnt used before with xrm are the new xrm-ap immersive enviroments, freight distribution network light and phanon corp but i did see some random argon shipyards before i installed phanon corp + xrm patch 2day. Im playing XRM-AP 1.19e + hull pack medium.

Well its definitely not an XRM issue. Its got to be a script or mod conflict. Don't install the FDN cat/dat - the entries are already in the XRM TFactories.

Argon shipyards are spawned when the game can't find the station it is trying to spawn - so I'd say its definitely a TFactories conflict.
