Malaysia hunts owners of Boeing 747s abandoned at airport

(CNN)Don't you hate it when you forget where you left your Boeing 747-200F?

Someone abandoned not one, not two, but three of the massive cargo jets at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Malaysia.

Airport officials, eager to clear the massive clutter, took out ads in Malaysia's The Star and Sin Chew Daily newspapers asking for the owner to please come get their planes.

"If you fail to collect the aircraft within 14 days of the date of this notice, we reserve the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the aircraft," the ad states.

The notice includes photos of the orphaned jets -- two white and one "off-white" 747-200Fs....

OK, so which one of you were sleeping off a hangover when your friends decided to prank you by parking your jet someplace other than where you left it last?

Or, are insurance scammers getting bolder, these days?

"Frack it, it's Malaysia! Jets go down over there all the time... They'll never notice."

^^^Based on that photo the makers of that blanket must think that bullets rain from the sky. I can see a big obvious flaw in the design or just the shown usage. Why does it remind me of duck and cover as a defence against nuclear war - worse than useless students would have a better chance just running away.

Yeah, I guess these would be more effectiv when nailing them to the classroom doors and investing some money into a good lock.
