War of Intervention: Tokyo Carrier stuck in Asteroid Belt

I'm running into a similar problem that was previously reported in a previous version of the game where the mission commander is now on board a Tokyo Carrier and is stuck in the asteroid belt. He had moved the fleet into Getsu Fune for a short time then he returned back to asteroid belt where he's been stuck for quite sometime. This was the third attempt by the Terran Protectorate to go after the Yaki base.

Edited Update to the above: I just noticed this... A Terran Asgard ship eventually appeared in Tharka's Cascade and when it appeared then the carrier labeled as the mission commander began to move until he got to Getsu Fune. I followed the carrier with my destroyer and the carrier stopped moving. When I looked in Tharka's Cascade the Asgard had vanished. It had the name "Intervention Asgard" on it, but not Spear of Odin.
