Encountering in-game login error

Well...I've checked my firewall setup , seems fine . I typed the correct username and password , game just said connection error , and i also tried the incorrect password , returned "incorrect username or password" .
After that , i tried to get a log.txt , read through that and it told me "curl_easy_perform() failed: SSL connect error" . Have no idea how to fix it . Please someone help me , thanks .

Perhaps similar to this thread, there may be an internet firewall issue that is external and not under your direct control.
