[#4057] Disappearing 1 Star Piloting Seminars 6.6.2025 (Before and after saves) - unable to reproduce

My 1 star piloting seminars keep disappearing. Last night when I saved and closed, I had 11. This morning I have zero. What's going on? How do I get them back? How do I stop them from vanishing?

If you can, try to get a save before the issue occurs, that way we can try to figure out what's happening, and hopefully do something about it.

I have loaded both saves and the amount of Seminars is the same in both of them. As such I'm not able to reproduce the issue.
