Unless West say "f*ck it" and start donating everything (like F-18, A-10, more Abrams, Leo, Bradleys).
Can be of course.

So alright, let's not divide the bear, what Ukraine should or shouldn't do are just fantasies. Just like what Russia can guarantee is a fantasy as well

Any rational observer, looking at the US Revolutionary War 1.5 years into the conflict, would have bet heavily on the British winning. Yet we ended up beating what was then the most powerful army in the world. The situation may at times look bleak for Ukraine, when comparing the size of Russia vs Ukraine, but history is full of examples of smaller nations successfully defending themselves against larger invaders, as long as the nation being invaded does not choose to give up the fight.

Russia continues to attack civilians:
Moscow’s forces targeted a cafe and a shop in Hroza, in the Kharkiv region, soon after midday local time, according to Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko.

But who knows, maybe there was a valuable military target in that village

As for Republicans who want to stop aid for Ukraine, I agree with this:
Whatever Republican hard-liners may say, they want Putin to win. They view the Putin regime’s cruelty and repression as admirable features that America should emulate. They support a wannabe dictator at home and are sympathetic to actual dictators abroad.

Ukraine had nearly perfect weather conditions for 4 months and they managed to push like what, 10 km, if we're generous.

Try to say mud is not a problem, when you're in crap weather, stuck in it, while having russian scatter mines all around you, having Lancets over your head and Russian artillery gradually zero-in you.
Infantry assaults and supplies care about mud. Drones and artillery don't.

more lives lost.

Another point to why Ukraine must win, another point why Putin's regime must be prosecuted not appeased. Another article too bookmark for history.

I read somewhere that the place was hit by Iskander missile - it's a high value missile and it's beyond stupidity to waste it on terror bombing.

My theory is like that:
Ukraine is full of traitors and pro-Russian informers, who have a long track record of serving literall bullsh*t to their superiors in Moscow.
It doesn't takes much for some pro-Russian informer to try to score some promotion points.
Pick a random crowdy place and pitch to Moscow that it's some big secret Ukrainian military depot.
That's something that should be carefully verify, before launching a multi-milion dollar missile, but it's Moscow, so oh well.
That's how you end up with Iskander bombing random civilian places.
That's might be also why Moscow claim they are not doing terror bombing, coz they did their "due dilligence" and "not their fault" for flawed informants...
...well this whole war could be summarized like that.

Except it's Ukrainian grunt infantry, who has to liberate their soil, kilometer by kilometer.

sometimes intentional evil cant be distinguished from accidental evil.

the measuring stick I use, - these actions will either go unpunished or even rewarded by Russian military.

Looks like Hamas have launched a large attack on Israel using missiles and other tech. Iran has paused it's nuclear reactor likely to create newer/better nuclear material for nuclear bombs after negotiating with Russia to get nuclear weapon and missile technology in exchange for weapon shipments. Iran supports Hamas and the attack on Israel. Likely has something to do with Russia and it's actions. Israel is currently involved with NATO defence upgrades and Ukraine. Might be trying to indirectly decrease supplies to NATO/Ukraine. Iran having nuclear capabilities provided buy Russia is likely to also be a factor.

North Korea is providing weapons to Russia.

A group of ~30 Wagner mercenaries also launched an attacked in Kosovo a week or so ago.

As if Ukraine wasn't having enough trouble trying to convince allies to continue supplying weapons, this new situation in Israel, is putting even more strain on international weapons production and distribution. Zelenskiy says that he fears the situation could threaten military support for Ukraine.

U.S. stockpiles in Israel have already been drawn down as they have been transferred to Ukraine. Now, it looks like those stockpiles may urgently need to be refilled. Meanwhile, the US House of Representatives, is absent their Speaker. This means that without a functioning Congress, additional funding for foreign wars is all the more difficult.

Israel has gone in war mode and their production output should ramp up. With the siege Israel might use less ammunition due to people having to leave making targets easier to spot. The big issue is nobody wants to take the Gaza residents. Israel is still being attacked from different regions but some of the regions governments are helping Israel including Palestine.

Let's try to keep this thread on topic and just include Israel/Hamas direct cross-over discussions with Ukraine please. We have a dedicated thread for Israel/Hamas now.

Investigation into gas pipeline damage continuing. Might have been caused by Russia.

https://www.msn.com/en-xl/news/other/fi ... r-AA1i86bz

Russia lost over 100 vehicles in a failed assault.

Some weapons taken from Ukraine used in Hamas attack in Israel. Maybe some of the Wagner mercenaries went home or something?

Rumours of another boat hit in Sevastopol but reports are all over the place so likely nothing significant or might be false news.

Politicians keep having secret meetings with Russia. A Japanese Law maker was recently fired for it.

I wonder if Russia lost those vehicles to mines or missiles, they're fielding older and older tanks which I guess are more and more vulnerable to modern anti-tank weapons.

Russia moves around tens of thousands of troops to different points which is why Ukraines progress is slower than expected to an extent.

Avdiivka is the new Bakhmut. Putin wants Avdiivka for his "election" campaign so Russia is concentrating there now.

Azerbaijan may invade Armenia soon.

So Russia starts their biggest offensive since the beginning of the war, the same second Israel gets attacked?

Weird coincidences.
