Quality of Life Request - Changing multiple crewmembers at once

QUALITY OF LIFE REQUEST - Changing multiple crewmembers from Service Crew to Marines, etc.

So... I've wondered if EGOSOFT will ever allow us to Click multiple crewmembers and have them, work elsewhere/change job position. Etc. Etc. with just a couple of clicks instead of 100+ clicks
In my playthrough I have too many marines so I wanted to turn some into service crew, only to realize it will take hours to do so.

So I've wondered if talking about it on the forums would help!

You can already do that partially: only between ships. Click on one ship, then right click another "transfer crew" (or something like that)

Map→Information→crew→Click the shiny double arrow pointing to the left.

The Information/Crew view that shows amount of service crew and marines on ship, with skill subcategories -- those are sliders.
One can decrease amount of Marines, then increase amount of Service crew by that, and Confirm change.

The Transfer Crew option between two ships has similar sliders. However, there is also a checkbox to list individual crew members and on that list checkbox on each member to select which will transfer. The default is to transfer the most skilled ones (within subgategory), unless one transfer all.
