Except: When I first get here, bus fare was 1.10$, now it's 2.25$ through several increase over the year. And every single time raising fuel cost was cited as the main reason. Same thing for air fare. , this came straight from the managers/directors/ CEO/chairmans who run these services. Either they lied back then to jack up the price, or lieing now so they don't have to lower the price, make no difference.
